Bellingham's move to the Santiago Bernabeu was first announced by Borussia Dortmund last week, with the German club also confirming the huge transfer fee of €103m (£88m).
The 19-year-old has since undergone a medical before completing terms with Real, who will officially unveil him as their latest signing this week.
The Spanish giants released an official statement on the deal, which read: "Real Madrid CF and Borussia Dortmund have agreed on the transfer of player Jude Bellingham, who will wear the shirt of our club for the next six seasons."
Los Blancos added about the Bellingham presentation ceremony: "Tomorrow, Thursday, June 15, at 12:00 noon at Real Madrid City, the presentation ceremony of Jude Bellingham as a new Real Madrid player will take place. Following this, Jude Bellingham will appear before the media."
Bellingham came through the Birmingham City academy and shone in the Championship before joining Dortmund in the summer of 2020. He has continued to establish himself as a key player for the Black and Yellows, scoring 24 goals and providing 25 assists in 132 appearances. This season, the Englishman has been a regular captain and helped the team compete with Bayern Munich for the Bundesliga title.
Bellingham is also a mainstay in Gareth Southgate's England squad and is expected to feature in the upcoming EURO 2024 qualifiers against Malta and North Macedonia. However, the Football Association (FA) has confirmed that Bellingham will not feature in either match as he continues to recover from a knee injury.
The 19-year-old has developed into one of the most sought-after midfielders in Europe. A host of the continent's biggest clubs, including PSG, Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Man United, have been monitoring his situation at Dortmund. But in the end, it was Real Madrid who won out.
Bellingham is set to join a midfield full of young talent that Real Madrid have amassed in recent years. Eduardo Camavinga was signed from Rennes in the summer of 2020 while France international Aurelien Tchouameni arrived from Monaco last summer.
Bellingham is Real Madrid's second signing of the 2023 summer transfer window. Previously, Los Blancos activated the buy-back clause of left-back Fran Garcia from Rayo Vallecano for a fee of 5 million euros. In addition, they also welcomed the return of midfielder Brahim Diaz after a loan spell at AC Milan.
