In 2024, the national digital transformation and the implementation of Project 06 achieved some positive results. The leadership, direction, management and implementation were carried out drastically and synchronously with high determination from the Central to the grassroots levels. The work of perfecting institutions and policy mechanisms created a legal framework and favorable conditions for the national digital transformation and Project 06 to be actively implemented.

Digital economy and digital society continue to develop strongly in many areas. Digital infrastructure and digital platforms receive investment attention; national and specialized databases are being strongly deployed; connection, integration and data sharing have developed well. Providing online public services to serve people and businesses is increasingly improved, gradually building a professional and modern administration.

In Tay Ninh province, in January 2025, the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Project 06 Working Group urged and directed departments, branches, localities and the entire political system to participate in implementing the tasks of Project 06, closely following the goals, requirements and roadmap for assignment of implementation.

Awareness of all levels, sectors, localities, communities, businesses and people about national digital transformation in general and Project 06 in particular is increasingly complete, comprehensive and profound, gradually bringing Project 06 into people's lives. Agencies, units and localities from the province to the grassroots have increased publicity and transparency in administrative procedures, serving the people better and better.

The implementation of Online Public Services is being actively implemented by departments, branches and localities, meeting the requirements and expectations of the people. In addition to saving time, effort and money for the people, the whole province has also gradually promoted the development of digital economy, digital society and digital citizens in the whole province.

As of January 14, 2025, Tay Ninh has completed the integration, connection, and successful listing of 1,648 public services on the National Public Service Portal. The review and cleaning of population data and specialized data are also being implemented according to the roadmap, actively serving the implementation of Public Services, while gradually supplementing and enriching population data, serving the utilities of Project 06.

To continue effectively implementing Project 06, Senior General Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security requested ministries, branches, and localities, especially those with changes in organizational structure, to be truly determined, make efforts and have specific commitments for each assigned task, select effective human resources, and direct the development of a plan to implement Project 06/CP in 2025 in the direction of "clear people, clear work, clear time, clear results, clear responsibilities".

Ministries, sectors and localities have stepped up the reduction and elimination of unnecessary administrative procedures, shifting the state of public service provision from "asking - giving" to "proactively" serving people and businesses; improving the quality of online public services throughout the process towards personalized digital services, regardless of administrative boundaries...
