On February 11, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province signed an official dispatch to the specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee; the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks; and public service units under the Provincial People's Committee on continuing to implement the plan to reorganize the apparatus; The official dispatch clearly stated:

Based on the direction in Official Dispatch No. 24/CV-BCĐTKNQ18 dated December 18, 2024, Official Dispatch No. 05/CV-BCĐTKNQ18 dated January 12, 2025 of the Steering Committee on summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the Government on orientations and suggestions on the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees at the provincial and district levels; Project No. 25-DA/TU dated December 31, 2024 of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on the overall innovation and organization of the provincial and district-level apparatus, the Provincial People's Committee has directed agencies and units to develop Projects on the arrangement and consolidation of agencies and units under the Provincial People's Committee, synthesize and report to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Steering Committee on summarizing the implementation of Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and leadership. With the agreement on the Plan to reorganize the apparatus of agencies and units under the Provincial People's Committee in Conclusion No. 03-KL/BCĐ dated January 16, 2025 of the Steering Committee on summarizing the implementation of Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the Provincial Party Committee; the Provincial People's Committee has the following opinions:

Based on the plan to reorganize the apparatus within departments, branches and sectors that has been agreed upon by competent authorities, departments, branches and sectors, according to their assigned functions and tasks, promptly continue to implement the procedures for reorganizing the apparatus in accordance with regulations.

Regarding the draft Decision regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of departments, branches and sectors (draft Decision): For draft Decisions that must comply with regulations on procedures for promulgation of legal documents: agencies and units must promptly complete and submit them to the Provincial People's Committee no later than February 17, 2025 for consideration and signing to ensure timely issuance. For draft Decisions that do not comply with regulations on procedures for promulgation of legal documents: agencies and units must promptly complete them according to relevant procedures and submit them to the Provincial People's Committee before February 17, 2025 for consideration and signing to ensure timely issuance.

The Provincial People's Committee requests agencies and units to urgently implement and report the results to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Home Affairs) before February 21, 2025.
