(Dan Tri) - Quang Binh province has announced the leaders of the Party Committees of Party agencies, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee as well as the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department after the merger.
On the afternoon of February 13, the Executive Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on the organization and personnel work.
At the conference, representatives of the Organizing Committee of Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to establish the Party Committee of Party agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee directly under the Provincial Party Executive Committee.
Mr. Tran Hai Chau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Binh province was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Party agencies. Mr. Tran Phong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province, holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Executive Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee also decided to merge the Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; and appointed Mr. Truong An Ninh, Secretary of the Ba Don Town Party Committee, to hold the position of Head of the Department.
Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that reorganizing the apparatus is not only about rearranging people and organizational structure, but more importantly, how to operate better and more effectively.
On this occasion, the leaders of Quang Binh province also presented flowers and awarded Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee to Mr. Cao Van Dinh and Mr. Le Minh Tuyen, former leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, for their achievements in implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW. These are officials who have applied for early retirement.
