According to the announcement, Phu Quoc City People's Committee will organize announcements on mass media regarding land recovery notices of 36 households, individuals and organizations.
The reason for land acquisition is for socio-economic development for the national and public interests of the project. The expected land area to be acquired is 134,279.74m2. The location of the acquired land is in Suoi Lon hamlet, Duong To commune and residential area 7, An Thoi ward. The plan for investigation, survey, measurement and counting is from June 5 to June 23, 2023.
After the time of announcement on mass media, if organizations, households and individuals do not come to contact to provide documents and papers related to the recovered land plots, the People's Committee of Phu Quoc City will assign the City's Compensation, Support and Resettlement Board to coordinate with specialized departments and offices to measure and inventory land, crops and architectural objects according to the posted information. Develop and complete compensation, support and resettlement plans in accordance with regulations.
