Annora Vietnam Shoes Company Limited is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise specializing in manufacturing and processing footwear for export, with the largest number of employees in Thanh Hoa province with over 20,500 people. Over the years, the company's trade union has performed well in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees. Policies for employees have always been guaranteed with an average income of 7 million VND/person/month.

This is a peak occasion for trade unions at all levels to organize many exciting and practical activities to promote the attention and cooperation of Party committees at all levels, authorities, and employers to care for union members and workers.
