Appointing comrade Chau Ngoc Tuan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term.
Appoint comrade Thai Thanh Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term; comrade Do Tien Dong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to hold the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
