Standing Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh received a new assignment as Secretary of the Party Committee of Party Agencies under the City Party Committee.
On February 7, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee held a conference to implement decisions on organizational restructuring. Attending the conference were Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh; Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh, Chairman of the City People's Council Ngo Xuan Thang, Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Le Van Trung.
The conference announced the Decision to establish a new Party Committee of City Party Agencies under the Da Nang City Party Committee and the Party Committee of Da Nang City People's Committee under the Da Nang City Party Committee.
According to the decision, the Party Committee of the City Party Agencies under the Da Nang City Party Committee has 27 affiliated party organizations with the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh as Secretary; Chairman of the City People's Council Ngo Xuan Thang as Standing Deputy Secretary; Secretary of the Son Tra District Party Committee Pham Truong Son as Deputy Secretary.

The Party Executive Committee of the Da Nang City People's Committee has 27 members, the Standing Committee has 9 members. The Party Committee is headed by Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh as Secretary; Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh as Permanent Deputy Secretary; Secretary of the Hoa Vang District Party Committee To Van Hung and Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Da Nang City Nguyen Dang Huy as Deputy Secretaries.
The Party Committee of the City People's Committee has the function of leading and directing the implementation of political tasks of the City People's Committee and its subordinate Party committees and organizations; organizational and personnel work according to regulations on decentralization of management; Party building work, and mass organization work in the Party Committee of the City People's Committee.
At the Conference, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee also announced the Decision to merge the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee into the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee. Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee Tran Thang Loi was appointed as Head of the Da Nang City Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee.
Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department Doan Ngoc Hung Anh was assigned by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to work at the City People's Council and was introduced to be elected as Vice Chairman of the City People's Council.
At the Conference, the Organizing Committee of the City Party Committee also announced the decision to end the activities of the Party Committee of the Da Nang City Agencies, the Party Committee of the Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks, the Party Delegation of the City People's Council, the Party Executive Committee of the City People's Committee, the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City and the Party Delegations established by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
