Launching "Learning about policies and laws for ethnic minorities and mountainous areas" in 2023

The second round of exams will last until 24:00 on October 21, 2023. Exam content includes: Policies and laws of Lao Cai province related to ethnic minorities and mountainous areas (currently in effect).

Contestants answer multiple-choice questions directly on computers or mobile devices with internet connection according to the pre-designed question set software within a maximum of 25 minutes/test (each time logging in to the test, a random test code will automatically appear; each test code includes 19 multiple-choice questions and 1 question predicting the number of participants who answer correctly).

The contest aims to innovate and diversify forms of legal dissemination and education; promote the application of information technology in legal dissemination and education, making the contest an annual contest in the province, one of the practical activities in response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (November 9).

Lao Cai launched "Learning about policies and laws for ethnic minorities and mountainous areas" in 2023 to diversify the way of disseminating laws to local people.

The contest contributes to strengthening the propaganda, dissemination, legal education and raising legal awareness for cadres, civil servants, public employees, people and workers in the province, especially beneficiaries of content 2, Sub-project 1, Project 10 under the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas for the period 2021 - 2030, Phase I from 2021 to 2025.

It is known that the first phase of the contest was launched from October 2-11, 2023 and had 15,921 registrations and 28,837 exams. Of which, Lao Cai city is the leading locality in Lao Cai province with 5,314 registrations and 9,728 exams; followed by Bao Thang district (2,177 registrations and 3,968 exams). Si Ma Cai district has the lowest number of exams among the 9 districts, towns and cities, with 654 registrations and 1,285 exams.
