In 2024, the electricity service target of Thanh Hoa Electricity Company had a clear breakthrough with revenue reaching 107.9% of the plan and equal to 120.2% compared to 2023, profit reaching 107.6% of the plan and equal to 125.85% compared to 2023. In 2025, this target will be implemented more drastically by the unit, on the one hand, ensuring improvement in production and business efficiency, on the other hand, contributing to improving the satisfaction of partners and customers using electricity.

Implementing the Corporation's policy of strengthening and promoting electricity service indicators, clearly defining the responsibilities and benefits from the company to the electricity companies according to each type, the Company has proactively worked with the provincial authorities to have a legal corridor for the units to implement. At the same time, focusing on propaganda, sending open letters to specialized customers, evaluating the implementation situation, and scoring the completion of the units' tasks.

The revenue results of this activity in 2024 have changed significantly, with revenue reaching 107.9% of the plan and 120.2% compared to 2023, and profit reaching 107.6% of the plan and 125.85% compared to 2023.

The targets and figures that are continuously exceeded are the most objective evidence of the outstanding professionalism that the Company has brought to its partners and customers. Thereby, it continues to contribute to affirming the Company's constantly growing position in all production and business activities.

In January 2025, Thanh Hoa Electricity Company's Hotline Team performed construction services for customers with 72 sessions, including connecting urgent substations to prevent overload before, during and after the 2025 Lunar New Year.

Following the achieved results, from the beginning of 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company has directed to continue to maintain the implementation of control of electricity services, especially new electricity projects developing customer assets. On that basis, score the completion of monthly tasks for the Electricity Companies, and at the same time assign responsibility to the Company's specialized departments in controlling and directing the operation of each type of service that needs to be determined to be a breakthrough commensurate with the potential and strengths of the unit.

One of the Company's key and consistent tasks in 2025 and the following years is to continue to improve business quality and customer service. Identifying this as a major challenge, along with forecasting possible situations and developments, the unit has proactively developed solutions based on thorough analysis and research and evaluation at all stages and processes from the management of the apparatus and people to implementation in each specific field.

For electricity services, to truly improve competitiveness, it is necessary to focus on building a strong brand through implementing promotional programs on digital media, increasing interaction with customers via social networks, email, marketing, mobile applications, improving customer service quality, applying digital technology to both take care of customers and simplify procedures, providing flexible service packages for households, businesses and industrial parks, increasing transparency and convenience in payment, supporting diverse access methods as well as implementing preferential policies for customers who pay early or use electricity economically. Along with that, it is necessary to focus on training, fostering, and improving the skills of the workforce, promoting technical innovation initiatives, rationalizing production... to meet the requirements of the new situation. The goal is to build the image of a business associated with green, sustainable energy, professional services and responsibility for community life.

Currently, Thanh Hoa Electricity Company is providing services including repairing and periodically testing electrical equipment of customers' assets, ensuring operation on the grid; consulting, supervising and consulting on design for new projects put into the grid; making cable heads, constructing and installing electricity, repairing customer assets; guiding and mobilizing customers to develop new uses of the electricity industry's full service package.

For the management of power grid operations for customers, identifying this as a potential not only brings revenue but also ensures safe operation of the power grid, so the unit sets this target that the following year must be higher than the previous year. When implementing services, the Company's leaders assign relevant departments/divisions and the Electricity Company to work with customers, propose unit prices, and implementation methods must ensure the harmony of interests of both parties.

Based on the confirmed reality, in just a short time, the electricity services provided by Thanh Hoa Electricity Company have increasingly demonstrated a strong breakthrough. Entering 2025, this target will be implemented by the unit more drastically, on the one hand ensuring improved efficiency in the unit's production and business activities, on the other hand contributing to improving satisfaction from partners and customers using electricity.
