In a statement released ahead of the visit, Mr. Zelensky revealed that the plan would outline quick and concrete steps for Kyiv’s strategic partners between now and the end of December, stressing that all points in the scenario depend on Mr. Biden’s decisions. According to President Zelensky, the plan would serve as a “bridge” to a second peace summit.

According to AFP news agency, as soon as he arrived in the US, the Ukrainian President visited a Scranton artillery shell factory in Pennsylvania.
