Ben Rung Bridge connects Thuy Nguyen District of Hai Phong City with Quang Yen Town of Quang Ninh Province across the Da Bach River. Ben Rung Bridge is a special-grade traffic project with a length of 1,865 m; the cross-section includes 4 motor lanes and 2 mixed lanes. The total investment is 1,941 billion VND; of which, the central budget is 1,249.5 billion VND and the budget of Hai Phong City and Quang Ninh Province is 691.5 billion VND; Quang Ninh Province invests in the Quang Ninh approach road with a length of 2.2 km with a total investment of 360 billion VND. Ben Rung Bridge started construction in May 2022. After more than two years of construction, the project was completed on schedule, demonstrating the successful cooperation between Hai Phong City and Quang Ninh Province.

Ben Rung bridge connects the two banks of Quang Ninh - Hai Phong.
Ben Rung Bridge is built across the large Bach Dang River, connecting Quang Yen town, Quang Ninh province with Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city. In particular, the three main pillars of the bridge across the river are designed in the shape of the letter V (Victory), symbolizing three victories over foreign invaders on the Bach Dang River.
The Project Management Board and contractors focus on paving the bridge surface with asphalt concrete, handling intersections, auxiliary infrastructure works, and lighting systems; the Department of Transport guides the contractor in implementing the sign system, painting road markings, and organizing traffic flow. The supervision consultant and contractor complete the project acceptance documents; focus on completing the approach road system on both sides of the bridge to open to technical traffic on schedule. 
After completion, Ben Rung Bridge will improve the capacity of transport services, create an inter-regional transport connection system, meet the transport needs between industrial parks, industrial clusters, and people in Thuy Nguyen district, Quang Yen town in particular and the two localities of Hai Phong and Quang Ninh in general. Ben Rung Bridge, completed and put into use, will improve the capacity of transport services, create an inter-regional transport connection system, meet the travel needs of people between Thuy Nguyen district, Quang Yen town in particular and the two localities of Hai Phong and Quang Ninh in general; gradually complete the transport network of Hai Phong city, Quang Ninh province and the key economic region of the North; contribute to the development of socio-economy, culture, expand new development space, create modern landscapes and architecture, rich in identity, practical for tourism development of the two localities; ensure national defense and security; promote the solidarity and close relationship between the people of the city. Hai Phong with the people of Quang Ninh province, especially the people of the districts and towns where the project passes through.
