On May 25, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union organized the launching ceremony of the 2024 Summer Volunteer Campaign in the mountainous district of Con Cuong. Along with that, many districts and towns in the province simultaneously organized the launching ceremony and deployed many response activities.

In particular, focusing on establishing volunteer teams associated with political tasks and practical needs of each locality and unit; focusing on remote and extremely difficult areas, ethnic minority areas, border areas, communes building new rural areas, youth villages; implementing well the policy of "3 linkages" of the Central Youth Union including: linkage of forces, linkage of areas and linkage of communities.
