On December 21, Mr. Ngo Van Bao, Chairman of Cam Lam District People's Committee (Khanh Hoa Province) said that the locality has decided to abolish documents related to a number of land procedures.

Previously, on June 10, 2022, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued Conclusion No. 247/KL-UBND on determining press reports to inspect and clarify the situation of land subdivision and sale in Cam Lam district.

After that, Cam Lam District People's Committee issued documents directing the implementation of the above conclusion; at the same time, strengthening land management and construction order in the district according to the direction.

Recently, Cam Lam District People's Committee has coordinated with agencies and units to carry out construction planning work in the entire district and has so far been approved by competent authorities for the general planning and zoning planning.

Carrying out the inspection and review of documents on State management tasks in the fields of land and construction order, Cam Lam District People's Committee announced the complete or partial abolition of the directive content in a number of issued documents.

Specifically, the entire Official Dispatch No. 3718/UBND dated November 23, 2022 of Cam Lam District People's Committee is annulled; the entire Official Dispatch No. 1533/UBND dated April 27, 2023 of Cam Lam District People's Committee is annulled.

In particular, abolish the directive content in Official Dispatch No. 2096/UBND dated July 14, 2022 of Cam Lam district, specifically: "temporarily suspend the implementation of land change registration procedures; do not grant new construction permits; maintain the current land use status".

Cam Lam District People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Economy and Infrastructure, the District Land Fund Development Center, the Cam Lam Branch Office of Land Registration, the People's Committees of the communes and towns: Cam Thanh Bac, Cam Hai Tay, Suoi Cat, Suoi Tan, Cam Hiep Nam, Cam Hai Dong, Cam Duc and related agencies according to their assigned functions and tasks to carry out the adjustment, registration of cadastral maps and organize the implementation of State management of land for cases where land users have voluntarily returned land to "donate land for road construction" according to the provisions of law.

At the same time, assign the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Economy and Infrastructure, the Cam Lam branch of the Land Registration Office and the People's Committees of the communes and towns: Cam Thanh Bac, Cam Hai Tay, Suoi Cat, Suoi Tan, Cam Hiep Nam, Cam Hai Dong, Cam Duc, according to their functions and tasks, to strictly organize the implementation of the responsibility of State management of land use planning, construction planning and good management of construction order according to the provisions of current law.

According to Mr. Ngo Van Bao, after this document is issued, people in the district will be able to register land changes and construct according to the plan.
