After 15 years of implementing Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW, the province's literary and artistic activities have made new developments, achieving many positive results. Thereby, enhancing patriotism, promoting solidarity; strongly arousing the will of self-reliance, self-improvement, and the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country.
After the Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW was issued, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee led and directed the organization of learning, dissemination and timely implementation. Thanks to that, the awareness of Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, cadres, Party members and people about the role, position and importance of literature and art in the construction and development of the country has been raised, improving the effectiveness of literary and artistic activities, contributing to the preservation and promotion of traditional and modern cultural values, orienting the development of literature and art in accordance with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws. The province's literary and artistic team has developed in quantity and quality, gradually becoming younger, patriotic, proud of the nation, dedicated to the profession, especially preserving and promoting the national cultural identity. The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee regularly pay attention to leading and directing the development of literature and art, especially the training and fostering of artists; innovate the operation method of the Provincial Literature and Art Association; allocate resources for literature and art activities. Thanks to that, literature and art activities have developed quite well, become more professional, the number of members of the Provincial Literature and Art Association is increasing, the number of works winning regional and national awards is increasing, the quality of Binh Thuan Literature and Art Magazine is increasingly improved. In addition to the achieved results, it must be frankly acknowledged that literary and artistic activities have made new progress but are not yet synchronous and even. Theoretical and critical work on literature and art is still limited.
