TPO - The Chairman of the Board of Kinh Bac University has just signed a decision to dismiss the President of this university.
Accordingly, the Council of Kinh Bac University decided to dismiss Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa from the position of Principal.

Mr. Hoa was appointed as assistant of the Faculty of Economics, Kinh Bac University.
Before being appointed as the Rector of Kinh Bac University, Mr. Hoa held the position of Vice Rector of Nguyen Trai University. In 2022, Mr. Hoa was recognized by the State Council of Professors as Associate Professor. In January 2023, he was appointed as Associate Professor by Kinh Bac University.
The past period can be called a turbulent period for Kinh Bac University. In 2019, a vice principal of the school was arrested for abusing his position and authority to recruit, train and grant degrees in English language for regular second-year degrees in violation of regulations, in order to gain illegal profits.
In 2023, Chairman of the Board of Kinh Bac University Doan Xuan Tiep was accused of using an illegal degree. In 2024, Mr. Tiep was expelled from the Party for using an illegal university degree and being dishonest about his general education level.
Also in 2024, Vice President of Kinh Bac University Council Nguyen Thi Tuyet Hong was also suspected of using a fake university degree.
