The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has just issued a 10-day weather forecast for the whole country and stated that the North will turn cold from November 5 after receiving another cold air mass.
Specifically, in the next 24 to 48 hours, the North and North Central regions will have rain in some places, of which the Northeast and the Northern Delta and North Central regions will have scattered rain and showers from the night of October 29 to the morning of October 30. The night and early morning will be cold, and the mountainous areas will be chilly.

From Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai, there will be moderate to heavy rain, with some places experiencing very heavy rain and thunderstorms. From October 31, heavy rain will gradually decrease in these areas.
South Central, Central Highlands and South, afternoon and evening scattered showers and thunderstorms.
In the coming hours, there is a risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes in the following districts:
Ha Tinh: Cam Xuyen, Ky Anh, Ky Anh town.
Quang Binh: Bo Trach, Le Thuy, Quang Ninh, Quang Trach, Tuyen Hoa, Dong Hoi city, Ba Don town
Quang Tri: Cam Lo, Dakrong, Gio Linh, Hai Lang, Huong Hoa, Dong Ha City, Trieu Phong, Quang Tri Town, Vinh Linh.
Thua Thien Hue: A Luoi, Nam Dong, Phong Dien, Phu Loc, Huong Thuy town, Huong Tra town.
Forecasting the weather from the night of October 31 to November 8, the meteorological agency said that the North will have rain in some places, with fog in some places in the early morning. The night and early morning will be cold, with the mountainous areas of the North freezing. From around the night of November 5, the weather will turn cold in this area after receiving another cold air mass.
From November 4, there is a possibility of widespread heavy rain in the North and Central Central regions.
Other areas have scattered showers and thunderstorms. In the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.
Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
