Signing of coordination regulations between the Provincial People's Procuracy and Bac Ha District Party Committee

On the morning of May 14, in Bac Ha district, a program of signing the coordination regulations between the Party Committee of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy and the Standing Committee of Bac Ha District Party Committee took place.

At the program, the two sides agreed to build coordination regulations in a number of areas: Building, promulgating and implementing leadership and direction documents on internal affairs, anti-corruption, anti-negativity and judicial reform; propagating, disseminating andeducating the law; preventing and combating crimes and violations of the law; leading the handling and resolution of serious and complicated cases and incidents of public concern, corruption and negativity cases and incidents; leading and directing the creation of favorable conditions to support facilities and equipment to improve the operating conditions of the District People's Procuracy...

Speaking at the conference, the Chief Prosecutor of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy and the Secretary of Bac Ha District Party Committee agreed to direct the specialized agencies of the Provincial People's Procuracy and Bac Ha District to seriously implement the contents set forth in the regulations; periodically review and evaluate annually and supplement and adjust the coordination contents to ensure effective implementation of the regulations, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

The signing of the regulations clearly demonstrates the responsibility and further strengthens the coordination between the Standing Committee of Bac Ha district and the Party Committee of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy in performing their functions, tasks and powers, actively contributing to the cause of socio-economic construction and development, ensuring political security, order and social safety in the district.
