Kinhtedothi-The thematic session (21st session) of the Hanoi People's Council is scheduled to be held on February 25 to consider a number of important issues, including support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers affected by the restructuring of the Hanoi City apparatus.
According to the announcement of the Hanoi People's Council on the content, time and preparation for the organization of the Special Session (21st session) of the Hanoi People's Council, term XVI, term 2021-2026, the session is expected to take place on February 25 to consider the following contents: Resolution on the establishment of specialized agencies and other administrative organizations under Hanoi City.
Adjusting the payroll and labor quota of the Hanoi City government in 2025; Assigning the State budget estimates to specialized agencies and other administrative organizations of the city upon establishment according to the provisions of law.
At the meeting, the City People's Council also considered the Resolution on promulgating support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers affected by the restructuring of the Hanoi City apparatus. At the same time, it considered the Resolution on approving the investment policy for a number of projects using public investment capital of Hanoi City, including: the investment project to build Tu Lien Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge (from the intersection with Nghi Tam Street to the intersection with Truong Sa Street); the investment project to build Ngoc Hoi Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge; the investment project to build Tran Hung Dao Bridge.
Along with that, the meeting is expected to consider the Resolution on approving the adjustment of the investment policy for the Yen Xa Wastewater Treatment System project in Hanoi; Resolution on adjusting the GRDP growth target of Hanoi in 2025.
Along with that, the session will also consider the Resolution on promulgating criteria for deciding on bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Hanoi; Resolution on personnel work.
