On September 21, the Inspection Team for the results of administrative reform implementation in 2023 in the province (Inspection Team 611) led by Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Hoang Manh Hung inspected the implementation of administrative reform work in two communes of Dur Kmal, Bang Adrenh and the People's Committee of Krong Ana district.
Through on-site inspection, records and documents at units and localities in Krong Ana district, Inspection Team 611 assessed: Administrative reform work in Krong Ana district has been carried out regularly and systematically in recent times. The district has issued plans to seriously implement the tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee on administrative reform work. The review of legal documents of the district has basically been carried out in accordance with the prescribed content, order and procedures.

Regarding administrative procedure reform, the district has issued plans to review and evaluate administrative procedures within its management scope; fully publicized the set of administrative procedures; the implementation of receiving and returning administrative procedure results at the district's receiving and returning results department is carried out in accordance with regulations. The reform of the administrative apparatus, public service regime, and public finance is carried out in accordance with regulations.
In the field of building and developing e-Government and Digital Government, the district has issued a digital transformation plan, ensuring network information security; 100% of digital certificates have been issued to leaders of the district People's Committee, commune-level People's Committees and departments.

Along with that, the District People's Committee has improved the business environment, enhanced competitiveness; built an open, public and transparent investment environment, creating all favorable conditions for businesses and investors to develop production and business; facilitated mechanisms and policies to support necessary resources to accelerate the socio-economic development speed in the district associated with economic restructuring, growth model innovation, improving productivity, quality, efficiency and competitiveness; created more jobs, increased income for workers, actively contributed to social stability and poverty reduction, in line with the socio-economic development orientation of the district...

In addition to the achieved results, the Inspection Team also pointed out the following limitations and shortcomings: The notification and sending of apologies to people have not been made public and posted promptly at the One-Stop Department of the district. The coordination in handling the inter-connected land administrative procedure files received by the Branch of the Land Registration Office of Krong Ana district is still behind schedule due to the People's Committee of Krong Ana district (the implementation step is at the People's Committee of Krong Ana district). Concluding the working session, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Head of Inspection Team 611 Hoang Manh Hung requested the District People's Committee to develop solutions to handle and overcome existing shortcomings and limitations; regularly monitor and implement the annual Administrative Reform Plan, the 2023 Administrative Reform Commitment and perform the tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in 2023 to ensure 100% completion; properly and seriously carry out the apology to people for administrative procedure files that are overdue according to regulations.
On the other hand, the District People's Committee needs to regularly monitor, urge and inspect the reception and settlement of administrative procedures of the Departments, offices, units, People's Committees of communes and wards in the area; direct relevant agencies and units to coordinate in settling administrative procedures in the land sector, minimizing the situation of overdue documents; continue to pay attention to investing and upgrading the facilities of the One-Stop Department of the People's Committees at the commune and district levels; improve the quality of reception and settlement of administrative procedures at the One-Stop Department of the People's Committees at the commune level; direct cadres, civil servants and public employees to review and update the software system for managing cadres, civil servants and public employees to achieve a rate of 100% according to regulations...
