BTO - The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has just issued instructions on implementing the 2025 theme: "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle on implementing social progress and justice, focusing on nurturing people's strength, and constantly improving the material and spiritual life of the people".
In the context that our country is entering a new era with great advantages and opportunities but also many difficulties and challenges. More than ever, promoting the spirit of great national unity, promoting the building and rectification of the Party and the political system is extremely important to promote the innovation process, firmly protect the Fatherland, maintain a peaceful and stable environment, and strive to soon turn our country into a modern industrialized country. The 2025 theme is the province's concretization in implementing the Central's entire-term theme in particular, and the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016 of the 12th Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" in general. Every year, Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee organizes the study and fully grasps the topics of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle according to the Central's orientation. Since then, studying and following Uncle Ho has become a routine, creating a sense of self-awareness and responsibility among cadres, party members and people in the province. Implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo (term XIII), the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued Plan No. 39-KH/TU dated September 22, 2021 to implement Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle and the theme of the entire term of the 13th National Party Congress "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on the will to be self-reliant and the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country". Accordingly, over the past time, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has also implemented the full-term and 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 topics, achieving positive results. All levels, sectors and localities have made great efforts to implement them, in conjunction with promoting emulation movements to carry out political tasks and professional tasks of localities and units. Timely and effectively resolving urgent and outstanding issues of localities, agencies and units. Many good models, effective and practical ways of doing things, and many advanced examples have been recognized, highly appreciated and replicated.
To effectively implement the 2025 theme, Party committees at all levels, heads of Party committees, agencies and units will thoroughly grasp the Party's and the General Secretary's policies on the basic contents of the new era, the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise. The era of development and prosperity under the leadership and governance of the Party, successfully building a socialist Vietnam, a rich people, a strong country, a democratic, fair and civilized society, on par with the world powers. At the same time, develop a plan to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with implementing Regulation No. 144-QD/TW dated May 9, 2024 of the Politburo on ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period. Strongly innovate the promulgation, dissemination and implementation of Party resolutions. Focus on improving the quality of Party cell biology and the responsibility of cadres and party members to contribute to bringing the Party's policies and guidelines into practical life. In addition, strengthen education, raise the sense of responsibility of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and workers, first of all, the exemplary role of the heads of Party committees, agencies and units in practicing thrift and fighting waste. Pay attention to, encourage and protect cadres with innovative thinking, dare to think, dare to do, dare to break through, dare to take responsibility for the common good. Directly subordinate Party committees proactively coordinate with Party executive committees, Party delegations, leaders of agencies and units to advise on building a streamlined Party organization, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations to operate effectively and efficiently, streamline the apparatus, and organize Party agencies, truly be the intellectual core, the vanguard leading state agencies. In particular, cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and workers must cultivate, practice, and set an example in maintaining moral qualities and lifestyles, while advising and participating in the implementation of a number of key tasks, which are to strongly arouse patriotism, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-strengthening, national pride, aspiration to contribute, overcome challenges, surpass oneself, successfully complete assigned tasks, unify awareness and strictly implement the Party's leadership and governance methods.
Actively reform administration, strongly innovate working style and manners towards science and professionalism, proactively participate in digital transformation, enhance the application of information technology and digital transformation in Party activities. Strengthen self-training and fostering to successfully complete tasks to meet the requirements of administrative reform and digital transformation today. Participate in building a culture of preventing and combating waste, making thrift practice and combating waste become "self-conscious", "voluntary", compliant, and "respectful" of the law. Localities and units apply and concretize in the work of their organizations, units and individuals, contributing to building and developing Binh Thuan to become increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
