Groundbreaking Ceremony of Chia Chang Vietnam Technology Factory – Phase 1 in Ha Nam

This morning (July 13), at Thai Ha Industrial Park (phase 1), Ha Nam province, Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company and Chia Chang Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Chia Chang Vietnam Technology Factory Project - phase 1.

The factory is invested on a land area of ​​over 25,000 m2, construction area of ​​over 13,000 m2. The total investment capital of the project is 9 million USD with the following items: Factory 1 includes 2 floors with an area of ​​2,880 m2/floor; Factory 2 includes 2 floors with an area of ​​4,150 m2/floor; steel structure with corrugated iron wall panel; 2-storey office building with 1,302 m2/floor reinforced concrete structure and synchronous auxiliary items. The project will be constructed within 6 months.

Project with metal product manufacturing type (metal frame product, stamping and casting part of access point network equipment, metal frame casting part of access point network equipment, metal frame for network splitter, bracket for access point network equipment, bracket of switching power supply, back cover of candle module, metal shell for CPE device of 5G netcomm equipment).

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Pham Anh Tien, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Taiyo Group (parent company of Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company) said: “The Chia Chang Vietnam Technology Factory Project, which started today, is the 5th project that we have taken on as the general contractor at Thai Ha Industrial Park. This project is a successful continuation of the 4 previous projects. These are: UDElectronics Vietnam Factory Project, TSMT Factory Project, Chiateng Factory Project and A-Stainless Factory Project. With our capacity and experience, we will successfully implement this project in accordance with the quality and progress as committed to the investor, Chia Chang Vietnam Technology Company Limited”.

In 2024, Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company set a plan for a total contract value of VND 3,680 billion, revenue of VND 2,660 billion, and steel structure output of 30,000 tons. As a result, in the first 6 months of 2024, the total contract value of Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company reached VND 2,347 billion, reaching 64% of the adjusted plan; Total output value reached VND 1,647 billion, equivalent to 53%; Total revenue value reached VND 1,108 billion, equivalent to 41.6%. Capital recovery value reached VND 1,349 billion, equivalent to 49% of the annual plan. Steel structure production output is also very encouraging, having completed production and continuing production until the end of 2024 is 21,130 tons.

In addition, Hai Long Steel Structure Factory has signed a contract and is in the process of producing sample products for export to many large corporations in Japan and Korea. The factory will open up opportunities for many stable export orders in the coming time and is determined to complete the investment in building Steel Structure Factory No. 3 on an area of ​​5.2 hectares with two of the most modern automatic Steel Structure production lines in Vietnam by September 2024, increasing the total production capacity of steel structure factories to 45,000 tons by 2025 and the following years.

In particular, recently, Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company also signed a cooperation contract with SK Group (Korea) on processing the Steel Structure item of Package No. 1 with a volume of 2,300 tons, implementation time of 126 days in the Ecovance High-Tech Biodegradable Materials Factory Project at DEEP C Industrial Park Hai Phong I. The project is built on a land area of ​​over 32,000 m2 with a total current investment capital of 100 million USD and is expected to reach 500 million USD by 2030, according to SK Group's commitment.

Thus, up to now, the total contract value of Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company has reached 2,595 billion VND, reaching 70.51% of the plan and has a complete basis for the Company to complete the 2024 plan target. At the same time, continue to open up new opportunities and affirm the position of Hai Long Construction in the construction industry.
