On October 24, information from the Khanh Hoa Provincial Land Registration Office said that it had just continued to publicize the list of people who have not been able to receive land use right certificates for people in Nha Trang City and Khanh Vinh District.

Accordingly, the inspection and review of Certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land (also known as "red books") has been requested by the Khanh Hoa Land Registration Office to its affiliated branches in districts, towns and cities, and to make a list to give to the people.

According to the review results, there are still 3,771 red books in these two localities. Of which, in Nha Trang City, there are 1,894 red books of people in 27 communes and wards; in the mountainous district of Khanh Vinh, there are 1,877 red books in 13 communes.

These are red books that were issued many years ago to households and individuals who were supported in land registration procedures, when implementing the VLAP Project and the Project of granting land use right certificates simultaneously (capital for land administration) in Khanh Hoa province.

According to the Khanh Hoa Land Registration Office, there are many reasons for the backlog of red books. Among them are that despite repeated invitations, land users have not come to receive them, have not fulfilled their financial obligations, or are mortgaging them at banks...

Therefore, Khanh Hoa Land Registration Office has published a list of households in each commune and ward with red books that have been issued and are pending. At the same time, people on the list are requested to contact the Nha Trang and Khanh Vinh Land Registration Office branches to receive the Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to the land.
