Kinhtedothi - On December 20, Thanh Xuan District Party Committee held a conference to summarize 15 years of implementing the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization"; summarize the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in 2024 in the district; commend typical models and examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization".

The emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" was launched in 2009 under Plan No. 70-KH/BDVTW of the Central Mass Mobilization Committee, has spread widely, becoming an important movement in mass mobilization work, receiving positive response from Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and people in Thanh Xuan district.

After 15 years of implementation, Thanh Xuan district has had 4,300 models, typically "Skilled Mass Mobilization" registered in 4 areas. The "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models have contributed to solving many difficult and complicated problems in the locality, promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, strengthening the close relationship between the Party and the People; creating a solid foundation for Thanh Xuan district to continue to innovate and develop step by step to modernize.

In 2024, the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" in the district continued to be widely deployed and achieved practical results. Many models and examples of the movement have come into life such as: helping each other get rich, developing the economy, mobilizing land clearance, maintaining environmental sanitation, humanitarian work, charity, building the political system, etc.

Outstanding activities in 2024 have been effectively implemented by Party committees from district to grassroots levels; the "Excellent Party Cell Secretary, Skillful Mass Mobilization Contest 2024" was successfully organized; the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee selected an excellent team from the District Final Round to participate in the Preliminary Round of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization Contest 2024" at the City level in 2024 for Cluster No. 1 (Cluster of Western Districts) and won the Third Prize; The Thanh Xuan District Team was awarded the Top 5 most favorite "Introduction" contest in the entire City by the Organizing Committee of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization Contest 2024".

Speaking at the Conference, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee Vu Ha praised the positive results achieved in the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the district over the past 15 years, especially in 2024. The movement not only demonstrates the sense of responsibility and creativity of Party committees, authorities and people at all levels, but is also a vivid demonstration of promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, consolidating people's trust in the leadership of the Party and authorities.

In the coming time, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for Mass Mobilization Vu Ha suggested that Thanh Xuan District Party Committee continue to promote the achieved results, replicate effective and typical models of "Smart Mass Mobilization"; focus on innovating the content and methods of mass mobilization to meet the requirements of the new situation. In particular, it is necessary to link the "Smart Mass Mobilization" movement with the tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system, focusing on the immediate successful implementation of political tasks in 2025, contributing to the achievement of welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term and the 14th National Congress of the Party.

On this occasion, 2 individuals were awarded the "For the Cause of Mass Mobilization" Medal by the Central Mass Mobilization Committee; 1 collective was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Hanoi City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; The Standing Committee of Thanh Xuan District Party Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 18 collectives and 17 outstanding individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in the district in 2024 and the period 2009-2024.
