Intermediate Political Theory Class A98 (full-time) has 50 students who are current officials, officials planning for the positions of deputy team leader, team leader, deputy head of commune police, and head of commune police in the province.

During the course, students will study the following contents: Basic issues of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought; history of the Communist Party of Vietnam; basic issues of the political system, state, law and state administrative management; guidelines and policies of the Party and State of Vietnam on areas of social life; leadership, management skills and professional work of the Party, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations; local situation and tasks...

The total number of lessons for the entire course is 1,056, along with practical research. At the end of the course, students will take a graduation exam or write a graduation thesis, depending on each person's learning ability.
