In the context of the highly competitive Hanoi market, adjusting the business model and organizational structure is extremely urgent. According to Mr. Bui Thai Ha - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Loc Phat Commercial Joint Stock Bank, LPBank has currently implemented many attractive business mechanisms and policies, creating conditions for the Post Office to develop customers and increase revenue. This shows that close cooperation between the two sides will bring great benefits. Therefore, LPBank's leaders also hope that the Post Office Centers need to clearly identify the importance of banking products and take advantage of this opportunity to connect and introduce customers. At the same time, human resource management and improving specialized sales skills for banking products and services are also very important.
