Nam Tra My district still has 10 specialized departments after rearrangement

On the morning of February 14, the People's Council of Nam Tra My district passed a Resolution to establish and reorganize specialized agencies under the District People's Committee.

Accordingly, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is established on the basis of merging the Department of Agriculture - Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. The Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas is established on the basis of adjusting the functions and tasks of the Department of Economy - Infrastructure. The Department of Culture, Science and Information is established on the basis of supplementing the functions and tasks of the Department of Culture and Information. The Department of Ethnicities and Religions is established on the basis of supplementing the functions and tasks of the District Department of Ethnicities. The Department of Home Affairs is reorganized on the basis of merging the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Home Affairs. The Department of Education and Training receives and supplements the functions and tasks of vocational education from the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs. The Office of the District People's Council and People's Committee receives and supplements the functions and tasks of state management in the fields of social protection, children and prevention of social evils from the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.

After establishing, merging, and reorganizing specialized agencies, Nam Tra My District People's Committee has 10 departments that will come into operation from February 20, 2025.
