On November 22, Samsung Vietnam Complex officially launched the Technology Talent Development Program - Samsung Innovation Campus 2024 - 2025 to develop high-tech capacity for the young generation - those who will lead the success of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in Vietnam in the future.

Following the success of previous school years, Samsung Innovation Campus 2024 – 2025 will continue to provide Technology competency development courses for youth aged 12-22, including: Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Coding & Programming (C&P) and Soft Skills courses.

The training program is designed on an educational foundation that combines future core technology skills with soft skills and practical work skills. These training contents are selected through a stratified survey according to development trends in industries in different regions, combined with recruitment needs at large companies.

It is expected that about 6,600 students will be trained and develop high-tech capacity through the SIC 2024-2025 project.

Students who complete the course and achieve the results required by the program will receive a certificate of completion of the Samsung Innovation Campus course, as well as have the opportunity to participate in many other valuable activities of the project such as the Innovation Tech Challenge - a competition within the framework of the project to create a playground for students to apply the knowledge and skills learned in the program into practice.

At the event, Samsung Vietnam, Vietnam Youth Success Organization and Letuin Vietnam Company signed a memorandum of understanding, affirming their commitment to accompany and implement the Samsung Innovation Campus 2024 - 2025 project in Vietnam.

Within the framework of the SIC 2024 - 2025 project, training contents will be restructured to improve learning quality and be more suitable to the actual implementation situation. At the same time, continue to apply a combination of online (E-learning) and offline training to expand the scale and optimize the learning schedule for students.

In particular, this year's SIC also promises to be more attractive when for the first time Samsung implements extracurricular activities such as visiting businesses and organizing final programming exams to inspire passion for technology and increase learning motivation for students.

In addition, with the goal of enhancing sustainability in implementation, the Samsung Innovation Campus 2024-2025 project will also organize Teacher Training Courses to support the improvement of professional capacity, pedagogical capacity as well as supplement the actual teaching process. The Teacher Training Course is designed by leading experts from Samsung Group as well as major research institutions - Universities nationwide.

Samsung Innovation Campus 2024 – 2025 is expected to provide learning opportunities and develop technological capabilities for about 6,600 students in Vietnam.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Choi Joo Ho - General Director of Samsung Vietnam Complex shared: "The high-tech era requires young people - the future owners - to master advanced technical technologies such as artificial intelligence... In that context, it is necessary to strongly implement the responsibility of nurturing IT talents, creating a launching pad for the young generation to grasp and master advanced technology.

Samsung Innovation Campus not only provides the young generation with the opportunity to access new technologies such as AI, IoT, Big Data, and programming, but also provides a solid foundation for them to face challenges on their journey to create the future. In the future, we look forward to receiving more attention and support so that the Samsung Innovation Campus program can train more IT talents."

According to Mr. Tran Van Dat - Director of the Department of Political Education and Student Affairs (Ministry of Education and Training): "Over the past 6 years, the education sector has implemented many different programs. In particular, the cooperation with Samsung to implement the Samsung Innovation Campus program has achieved very clear results, showing its conformity with the 2018 general education program and the policies and guidelines of the Party and State in implementing digital transformation".

Officially launched globally in 2019, Samsung Innovation Campus is a global ICT education project for young people. The project nurtures young talents with problem-solving skills by providing them with the necessary technological tools to thrive in the future.
