Enterprises selected to participate in the program will be supported by Samsung experts to assess the level of smart factories, thereby providing a consulting plan, a main improvement action plan, setting post-project goals and a specific list of topics that need to be improved to develop smart factories.

"Up to now, we have applied about 20% of the advice on applying technological equipment from experts to the factory management and operation system. The representative of Samsung Vietnam emphasized the role of human resources and innovative thinking in digital transformation in enterprises. Therefore, enterprises must have innovative thinking in building and operating factories," Mr. Jang Yoon Ho said and suggested that the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang will organize activities for enterprises in the city to visit factories that are consulted and supported for smart operation, along with that, continue to build policies to promote supporting industries.
The Director of Partner Support Department, Samsung Vietnam also informed that Samsung Vietnam is building a plan to expand the project to continue supporting Vietnamese businesses in the following years.
