(Dan Tri) - The Arts Council has discovered many outstanding young musical talents at the 2024 China - Singapore International Music Competition in the Vietnam regional round.
The China-Singapore International Music Competition 2024 (Zhongsin International Music Competition 2024) Vietnam regional round just took place in Hanoi. Of which, more than 300 contestants competed directly at the Vietnam National Academy of Music and 60 contestants competed online.
Candidates come from: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Lao Cai, Can Tho, Hai Duong, Thanh Hoa, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai... and candidates from countries such as: Türkiye, China, Korea, Taiwan, Australia...
Candidates participate in the following categories: Piano, Vocal, Violin, Cello, Guitar, Traditional musical instruments...

During the two days of the live competition, the Art Council worked professionally and impartially to find the best candidates to represent Vietnam in the final round of the competition, which will take place in Singapore soon.
Accordingly, the top 1 contestants of the competition boards are: Hoang Tue Anh (Piano board), Ma Seo Mua (Bamboo flute, Traditional musical instrument board), Dense Blazing Star band (Modern keyboard instrument board), Le Xuan Bao (Violin board), Le Anh Huy (Guitar board), Le Ha Linh Chi (Jazz drum, Percussion board), Luu Tran An Khanh (Vocal board).
The organizers also awarded first, second and third prizes to contestants in the professional and amateur categories.
In the non-professional category, the first, second and third prizes were awarded to contestants Pham Xuan Phuoc (Bamboo Flute, Traditional Instrument category), Nguyen Huu Khoi Minh (Vocal category) and Pham Nhat Minh (Piano category).
Professional category: First, second and third prizes were awarded to contestants Giang A Hang (Bamboo flute, traditional musical instrument category), Berra Sari (Piano category), Nguyen Mai Ngoc (Thirteen-string zither, traditional musical instrument category).

The 2024 China - Singapore International Music Competition, Vietnam regional round, is a special occasion to honor young talents who are passionate about music and demonstrate their artistic spirit in a space of international cultural exchange.
Besides Western musical instruments, the highlight of this year's competition is the diverse appearance of traditional musical instruments - a positive signal showing the focus on developing the nation's rich cultural treasure.

Zhongsin International Music Competition was established in 2006. It is the first music competition to obtain the ISO9001 international quality management system certification for "Establishment, Implementation and Management of Singapore Cultural and Arts Activities".
This is one of the large-scale competitions, including all musical instruments. The preliminary round is held in many cities of Singapore, China. Contestants come from more than 20 countries such as: Vietnam, USA, Sweden, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Korea, China, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Russia...
The China-Singapore International Music Competition will be held in Vietnam for the first time in 2023.
