Yen Bai - On the morning of February 21, at the headquarters of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee, a conference was held to announce the Decision to establish the Inspection Team of the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2025 for the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, and Yen Bai provinces.

Attending the conference were comrades: Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee, Head of Inspection Team No. 1926; Nguyen Duy Hung, Deputy Head of the Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Inspection Team; and members of the inspection team representing a number of Central Party agencies. On the side of the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the localities, there were comrades: Tran Huy Tuan, Secretary of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee; Bui Huy Vinh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee; Phung Khanh Tai, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee.
At the conference, comrade Nguyen Duy Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the 1926 Inspection Team, announced the Decision to establish the Inspection Team of the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2025 for the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, and Yen Bai provinces.
The inspection content focuses on the following issues: The summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" and Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the summary of Resolution 18, associated with the establishment and operation of new Party committees.
At the same time, inspect the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025, adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Directive 35; The dissemination and implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; The implementation of Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more for the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho and Yen Bai.

At the Conference, representatives of the 3 inspected localities expressed high consensus on the establishment of this inspection team. The localities said that this was a timely inspection, the inspection contents were very important and the localities were implementing them with a serious, drastic and urgent spirit; at the same time, they committed to comply and complete seriously, on time, and best perform the tasks and requirements of the inspection team.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee, Head of Inspection Team No. 1926 of the Politburo emphasized the importance of this inspection on major, important, and breakthrough issues while the inspection time is short. Therefore, the Head of the Inspection Team requested the members of the inspection team as well as the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the provinces and related organizations and individuals to make every effort to carry out the work in the most scientific manner, achieving the highest efficiency.
Regarding the inspected localities, comrade Tran Luu Quang requested that the localities make efforts to implement the requirements of the inspection team; report fully and in detail on the inspection contents, especially the difficulties and initiatives of the localities in the process of implementing the Party's policies.
