On February 20, 2025, with the consent of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho province. The Provincial Art Troupe Party Cell successfully organized the Party Cell Congress for the term 2025 - 2027.
Attending and directing the Congress were comrades in the Standing Committee of the Department Party Committee; Secretaries of affiliated Party cells and all Party members in the Phu Tho Provincial Art Group Party Cell.
Comrade Dao Xuan Quy - Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell for the 2022-2025 term presented the Political Report to the Congress for the 2025-2027 term.
At the Congress, comrade Dao Xuan Quy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell for the 2022-2025 term, on behalf of the Congress Presidium, reported on the implementation results of the Resolution for the 2022-2025 term and the goals, directions, tasks, and solutions of the Party Cell for the 2025-2027 term; reviewed the leadership and direction of the Party Cell Executive Committee for the 2022-2025 term. The report assessed the results achieved in the past term. The Provincial Art Troupe Party Cell completed 100% of the targets on leadership in performing the assigned tasks of safety management and quality management; 100% of Party members studied, researched, and thoroughly grasped the Resolutions, directives, regulations, conclusions, etc. of the Party Committees at all levels. The Party Cell complied with and operated in accordance with the working regulations, well implemented the principle of democratic centralism, organized regular and thematic activities according to the regulations and instructions of the Party. Party development work completed 100% of the targets set at the beginning of the term; regularly created conditions for the masses to practice, study and strive to stand in the Party's ranks. Inspection and supervision work of the Party cell achieved 100% of the program and plan.
In the 2025-2027 term, the Party Cell of the Art Group continues to unite, strive to focus on leadership and direction to well perform assigned tasks; the Party Cell continues to innovate methods and improve leadership capacity, building a clean and strong Party Cell.
With a frank and constructive spirit, party members in the Party cell contributed many additional opinions to the Political Report of the Party cell for the 2022-2025 term submitted to the Congress, contributed draft documents to the higher-level Congress, and presented papers proposing solutions to further improve leadership and direction in the 2025-2027 term.
Comrade Nguyen Viet Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism gave a speech directing the Congress.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Viet Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism acknowledged the achievements of the Party Cell in the implementation of its tasks in the 2022-2025 term, and at the same time gave some leadership orientations for the Party Cell in the 2025-2027 term. On this occasion, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee also praised the Party Cell's preparation and organization of the Congress, ensuring full, serious and correct compliance with the documents and instructions of the Party and the higher Party Committee.
The Congress elected the Party Cell Executive Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary for the 2025-2027 term, ensuring compliance with the principles of the Party Charter and instructions of the higher-level Party Committee. As a result, the Congress elected 05 comrades to the Executive Committee, Comrade Nguyen Viet Thang - Head of the delegation was re-elected as Party Cell Secretary and Comrade Dao Xuan Quy - Deputy Head of the delegation was re-elected as Deputy Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Art Group Party Cell.
Comrade Nguyen Viet Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism congratulated the Party Cell Executive Committee for the 2025-2027 term.
As a Party cell selected by the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize a model Congress to gain experience in organizing congresses in Party cells under the Party Committee, towards the 4th Congress of the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho province, term 2025 - 2030. The model Congress of the Party Cell of the Phu Tho Provincial Art Troupe was assessed as successful, both in terms of election results and preparation and organization according to regulations. This is a model Congress for Party committees of Party cells under the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to learn from and gain experience, thereby successfully organizing the Party Cell Congress for the term 2025-2027 and towards the 4th Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho province, term 2025-2030.
