On the morning of September 15, 2024, the Thach That District Business Association held its first Congress. At the Congress, businesses in Thach That District raised more than 125 million VND to support people in overcoming the damage caused by storm No. 3.
Towards the 20th anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day (October 13), on the morning of September 15, 2024, Thach That District Business Association held its first Congress.
130 delegates representing 2,284 businesses operating in Thach That district attended the Congress.
The Congress approved the report on the process of mobilizing the establishment of the Association; the direction and tasks of the Association's development for the 2024-2029 term; and approved the Association's Charter. The Congress elected the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Thach That District Business Association for the 2024-2029 term. Businessman Vu Huu Hung, Director of Long Hung Company Limited, was elected as Chairman of the Association for the first term.
Speaking at the Congress, Member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Thach That District Party Committee Le Minh Duc acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive contributions of enterprises to the socio-economic development of the district in recent years.

Mr. Le Minh Duc hopes that in the coming time, the District Business Association needs to urgently stabilize the organization, develop members, establish branches; build operating regulations, focus on propagating and mobilizing enterprises to well implement the Party's policies, the State's laws and policies, and local political tasks; regularly follow the leadership and direction of the District Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee, take advantage of potentials and advantages, overcome difficulties and challenges, proactively innovate and create, promote production and business, pay attention to building Party organizations and unions in enterprises, community activities, humanitarian activities, charity... to practically contribute to building the District to develop more and more quickly and sustainably.
With the spirit of solidarity and joining hands with the community, the Congress mobilized and raised more than 125 million VND to send to the District Fatherland Front Committee to support people affected by storm No. 3 to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
