The opposing team's coach has been working with them for a long time, they understand each other. But a team that plays without intention cannot form a team. The reason we lost today was not because of the field, but because the things the players learned in the past month could not be shown on the field, that was the main reason. If the things they learned and showed on the field but still lost, then that is a different problem," said coach Daiki Imawasa.
When answering a reporter's question about what Vietnamese football needs to strengthen to develop further, coach Daiki Imawasa said that the first thing is to improve the quality of the field, and it needs to be resolved quickly, if the field is not resolved, Vietnamese football cannot develop.
Coach Popov believes that if Vietnamese football wants to develop, it should play short passes and control the ball.

"Personally, I don't like playing long balls, and I still maintain a ball control style of play despite the bad pitch. This is not only for us but can also help Vietnamese football develop," said coach Popov.
When evaluating the Hanoi team, Mr. Popov said that Hanoi is one of the best teams in Vietnam at the moment, so it is very difficult for a team like Thanh Hoa to defeat. In terms of both the team as a whole and each individual, Hanoi has good human resources, among the top of Vietnamese football.
Coach Daiki Imawasa of Hanoi team said that the loss to Thanh Hoa was because the players did not perform as per the exercises he taught.
"Today's match was very difficult, the game was evenly divided between the two teams, however, our tactics today were executed very well by the players, as intended. When we had the ball, we played fast and aggressively, when we lost the ball, we pressed and closed in to win the ball back. When we do that, it will be very difficult for the opponent to develop the ball. Hanoi is a good team, however, today's pitch was not very good. If today's pitch was good, the quality of today's match would have been better," coach Popov shared.
With 3 points, Thanh Hoa team has risen to 2nd place on the V-League rankings with 18 points, 4 points behind the leading team Nam Dinh. Meanwhile, Hanoi team has not been able to improve its position on the V-League rankings, temporarily standing at 10th place with 10 points.
