According to the announcement of VPF, Giap Tuan Duong (Hanoi Police Club), Le Van Son (HAGL) and Dang Van Toi (Hai Phong Club) are not allowed to compete in round 1 of V-League 2023/2024.
These three players were suspended. Specifically, Giap Tuan Duong received an indirect red card in the Super Cup match between Hanoi Police Club and Thanh Hoa Club. Le Van Son received a direct red card in the final match of last season between HAGL Club and SLNA, and Dang Van Toi received a direct red card in the match between Hai Phong and Binh Dinh in the 2023 season.
