Mr. Dao Dang Dong, head of the grassroots security team in residential group 18, shared: “Previously, the grassroots security force was thinner and the coordination was not specific. But now the grassroots security force has more specific professional exchanges with the ward police, so the security work is better.”

Those simple sharing partly clearly reflect the changes in the process of accompanying the people of the grassroots police force, especially when the organizational structure has been adjusted to better suit the practical situation.

Ninh Hiep Commune is famous for its fabric market, garments and a large number of freelance workers. It was thought that the complexity of security would make the new model difficult, but the reality was completely different. Mr. Nguyen Van Thiet, Chairman of Ninh Hiep Commune People's Committee commented: "When the district police were dissolved, the commune-level police still maintained the general security and order situation in the area, continuing to carry out new tasks assigned by superiors. Since March 1, there have been no serious crimes in the area, and security and order in the area have also been well implemented."
