On the morning of October 30, comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province chaired the October meeting of the Provincial People's Committee (4th time) to discuss and review the contents and submissions reported by a number of departments and branches.
At the meeting, the Provincial People's Committee considered the proposal of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the proposal to submit to the Provincial People's Council a Resolution regulating a number of policies to support tourism development in the province for the period 2025-2030.
Concluding this content, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau requested the advisory agency to conduct a comprehensive and fundamental survey of support policies based on the assessment of the high-quality tourism development project that has been developed. Support policies are based on reality and meet the tourism development requirements of the province. Support resources must be effectively exploited. Support for infrastructure investment needs to be considered consistent and not affect the value of the relic.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau requested that it is necessary to calculate and analyze tourism development trends, based on the needs to build comprehensive policies. Support policies must be suitable to the specific characteristics of the province. From the "seed" support capital, it is necessary to solve jobs and increase income for local people in tourism development.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has advised and proposed 7 policies to support tourism development in Hai Duong province in the period of 2025-2030. These include supporting 200 million VND/new construction project, 50 million VND/project to renovate and upgrade houses with rooms for tourists to rent. Supporting 300 million VND for building new houses to welcome guests, display, purchase tourism products, handicrafts, OCOP, agricultural and rural products.
Public toilets in tourist areas and tourist attractions are supported with 100 million VND/house. Support is 600 million VND/km of concrete road (not exceeding 1.5 billion VND/site), 350 million VND/km of asphalt road (not exceeding 875 million VND/site) for connecting traffic routes to tourist areas.
Regarding support for parking lot construction, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposed to support 85 million VND/concrete parking lot and 50 million VND/asphalt parking lot. Support 20% of investment costs for purchasing tourist transport vehicles (maximum 100 million VND/boat, not more than 30 million VND/electric car). Art troupes, mass art clubs, water puppetry troupes, and clay artillery teams will be supported with 50 million VND/team.
It is expected that the resources to support tourism development in Hai Duong province in the period of 2025-2030 will be about 54.6 billion VND.
The October meeting of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee (4th time) also considered the promulgation of regulations on the price framework for social housing rental, the price framework for workers' accommodation rental in industrial parks and the price framework for apartment building management and operation services in the province; the policy of purchasing cars for agencies, organizations and units; proposed the policy of adjusting a number of component indicators in the Project to promote the building of a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite and modern Hai Duong Provincial Police force to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation; supplemented the plan to adjust the construction planning of Nam Sach district area to 2030, with a vision to 2050; Project to adjust the general planning of Nam Sach town (expanded), Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province to 2035; The policy is to develop a Resolution regulating policies to support training, attract and treat medical human resources at public agencies and units in the province for the period 2025-2030.
