Hanoi hands over nearly 19,000m2 of land to Dong Anh district to build an auction area.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 5442 on the allocation of 18,832.8 square meters of land in Lien Ha commune (Dong Anh district) to the Dong Anh district People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area in Ha Huong village.

The location, boundary and area of ​​the land are determined in the Master Plan Drawing, scale 1/500 of the project to build the auction area for land use rights in Ha Huong village, prepared by Hanoi Infrastructure Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company and approved by the People's Committee of Dong Anh district in Document No. 2528.

Of the total 18,832.8m2 of land allocated to Dong Anh district, there are 3,846.4m2 of residential land for auction of land use rights; 14,986.4m2 of land for traffic, trees and technical infrastructure. The form of land use for this land is that the State allocates land without collecting land use fees. Dong Anh District People's Committee shall invest in building technical infrastructure in sync with the general infrastructure of the area according to the approved planning and assign it to the management unit according to regulations.

The City People's Committee assigned the Dong Anh District People's Committee (Dong Anh District Land Fund Development Center) to contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on site. At the same time, the district will organize the construction of technical infrastructure according to the approved investment project, ensuring the overall planning and synchronous connection of technical infrastructure.

Dong Anh District People's Committee is responsible for preparing and approving the Master Plan Drawing to ensure that there is no interleaved land area and that land is used economically and effectively.
