On the morning of February 15, a clip appeared on social media recording a passenger bus driving in the wrong direction on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway at night, posing a potential traffic safety risk.

The person who posted the clip said the incident happened at around 10:53 p.m. on February 14, near toll station IC10 (Cam Khe, Phu Tho) on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway.

The image in the clip shows a car with a dash cam traveling at high speed when it suddenly detects a bright area ahead.

The driver of the car with the dash cam quickly stepped on the brakes to slow down and observe. A few seconds later, a blue passenger bus (license plate unknown) appeared in the opposite direction, startling the driver.

After the clip was posted, many people said that the driver of the car with the dash cam should send information about the incident to the traffic police to verify and clarify the reason why the passenger bus was going in the wrong direction on the highway.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Long shared that the bus driver driving in the wrong direction on the highway is disregarding the lives of others, potentially causing a serious traffic accident.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan said that, observing the clip, the bus driver intentionally turned on the car's headlights to avoid other vehicles seeing the license plate. This was an act of intentionally going in the wrong direction and needed to be strictly handled.
