Every day, after performing training and combat readiness tasks, officers and soldiers of Truong Sa Dong island spend time cleaning, maintaining facilities, and repairing landscapes and ornamental plants on the island. Thanks to that, Truong Sa Dong is always one of the green, clean, and beautiful model islands of Truong Sa island district.

Lieutenant Vu Manh Cuong, Logistics Assistant of Truong Sa Dong Island, informed: “We identify the construction of environmental landscapes and the preservation of facilities on the island as important tasks of the unit. Therefore, along with launching a competition for excellent training and high combat readiness, the unit also includes the movement of building environmental landscapes and preserving facilities in the competition content, close to the task situation.”
