Creating additional jobs for more than 54,000 people

In recent years, vocational training and job creation for rural workers, especially in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, and particularly difficult areas in the socio-economic development target program for ethnic minorities and mountainous areas in the 2021-2024 period, have always been of interest to the province, directed and implemented in parallel with national target programs in the province.

Hoang Xa Industrial Cluster, Thanh Thuy District currently has over 22 enterprises and business households registered for investment, creating jobs for about 4,800 local and neighboring workers.

Accordingly, from 2021 to present, the whole province has created additional jobs for more than 54,000 people. Of which, ethnic minority workers are 9,684 people, accounting for 17.8%; the number of ethnic minority workers working abroad is over 2,000 people, accounting for about 33.4% of the province's workers sent to work abroad under contracts in the main industries such as: Manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, seafood, agriculture, construction... with a basic income of 14 to 22 million VND/month.

Through the program, it contributes to solving employment for rural workers, especially in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in localities.
