Hanoi welcomes cold spell
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, Hanoi's weather today (December 11) is cloudy, with scattered rain and light rain in the morning. Light wind, from the afternoon the wind changes to northeast level 3. Lowest temperature 14-16 degrees, highest 20-22 degrees. From the afternoon the weather turns cold.
