According to the decision, 4 students from Nong Cong 2 High School (in Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa) will be expelled for one year (12 months), including: Nguyen Thi Ngoc A. (born 2007, in Te Thang commune); Nguyen Thi G. (born 2007, in Tan Phuc commune); Hoang Thi Huyen T. (born 2007, in Tan Phuc commune); Vu Le Tr. (born 2007, in Te Thang commune), all from Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa province.
Previously, Tien Phong newspaper reported that on October 4, 2024, a female student of class 10A6, Nong Cong 2 High School, Nong Cong district (Thanh Hoa) was walking home from school when she saw a female student of class 10A5 walking behind her talking and laughing with another friend. The female student of class 10A6 thought that her friend was talking badly about her, leading to an argument. On the afternoon of October 5, when school was out, the two female students continued to argue and fight. Afterwards, the school security broke up the fight and all the students went home. However, when they arrived at Tan Phuc commune, Nong Cong district, the above students continued to argue, leading to a fight.
As a result, female student LVGN (born in 2008, grade 11A6, Nong Cong 2 High School), when intervening to stop a group of friends from fighting, was "beaten up" and seriously injured, and had to be transferred to Viet Duc Hospital for treatment. Due to the serious injuries, the family of female student LVGN has to submit a request to reserve her study results so that LVGN can receive medical treatment.
After investigation and verification, in December 2024, the Investigation Police Agency of Nong Cong District Police decided to prosecute criminal case No. 74, for the criminal case of Intentional Infliction of Injury, and at the same time decided to prosecute 6 people, including 4 students who had just been expelled from school for a year.
