[Photo] Ho Chi Minh City: Thousands of people watch the second parade rehearsal

Although the second parade rehearsal program began at 7 p.m., 3-4 hours before, people had poured into the streets around the Independence Palace, especially Le Duan Street, to watch the grand parade of the Vietnamese People's Armed Forces.

People eagerly waited to watch the second parade rehearsal on Le Duan Street to watch the magnificent parade of the Vietnamese People's Armed Forces.

Many locals and foreign tourists were present very early to welcome the parade passing by.

From 5 p.m., the streets around the center of Ho Chi Minh City such as Le Duan, Pham Ngoc Thach, and Nam Ky Khoi Nghia were filled with people waiting to watch the parade and marching practice in preparation for the April 30th celebration.

The parade blocks adjusted each other's uniforms before entering the general training.

From 6 p.m., Ms. Dang Thi Tra Giang (sitting in the middle from right, a student at Van Lang University) and her friends arrived early on Le Duan Street to find seats and watch the second parade practice.

Not far away, after attentively observing the heroic parade, the family of Mr. Nguyen Cuong Thinh (District 1) said they felt extremely proud and had high hopes for the new era of the nation.

As early as 6 p.m., the parade participants had gathered at their positions, ready to participate in the second joint training.

At exactly 7:00 p.m., the second rehearsal for the parade in preparation for the 50th anniversary of Southern Liberation Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) officially began.

A large number of people in the stands sang along to the National Anthem before the official General Training session began.

After the second round of general training on April 22, the forces will have a preliminary rehearsal on April 25 and a state-level rehearsal on April 27. The official parade will take place on the morning of April 30 on Le Duan Street, in front of the Independence Palace.
