Accordingly, the Housing Project for Low-Income People in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial Park invested by STO Company was comprehensively inspected by the Provincial Inspectorate and issued Inspection Conclusion No. 06 dated April 11, 2023.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 2622 dated April 28, 2023 on handling the above Inspection Conclusion. Accordingly, the Provincial Inspectorate has transferred the entire case file related to violations showing signs of intentional violation of the law and fraudulent appropriation of property of Mr. Tran Chien Thang - former Chairman of the Board of Directors of STO Company to the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Nam Provincial Police for further investigation, clarification and handling in accordance with the law.
On June 5, 2023, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 3458 in response to the request of STO Company regarding the implementation of the above project. Accordingly, the case is currently under investigation, and there is no investigation conclusion from the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Nam Provincial Police.
Therefore, the request to extend the progress and continue to invest in the construction of the Housing Project for low-income people in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial Park by STO Company is not a basis for the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to consider and resolve.
