At the meeting, the Party Delegation of the Provincial People's Council witnessed the authorization to operate the Party Delegation of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council, term XVIII, 2021 - 2026, between the authorizer: Comrade Thai Thanh Quy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Economic Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and the authorized person: Comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Delegation, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; At the same time, unanimously approved the authorized contents.

Accordingly, in addition to the general tasks and powers stipulated in the Working Regulations, Comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh also received authorization for specific tasks of the Secretary of the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation from Comrade Thai Thanh Quy, including: General responsibility, comprehensive presiding over the work of the Party Delegation, assigning tasks to Party Delegation members; Directly in charge of personnel organization work; Maintaining relations with the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the National Assembly Party Delegation and the Government Party Executive Committee; Convening, chairing, deciding on the content, agenda and conclusions of Party Delegation meetings; Signing documents on behalf of the Party Delegation to send to the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Directing the provision of information to Party Delegation members according to regulations.

Thanking the important sharing and support of comrades in the Party Delegation, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council Committees, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council over the past time, especially during his time as Secretary of the Party Delegation and Chairman of the People's Council, comrade Thai Thanh Quy especially acknowledged the spirit of solidarity and determination to innovate to improve the quality of the activities of the Provincial People's Council. Right from the beginning of the 18th term, the Party Delegation has made strong determinations such as: Flexibly organizing thematic sessions of the Provincial People's Council; Strengthening the application of information technology to serve the activities of the Provincial People's Council; Reducing the time for presenting reports, increasing the time for questioning at the parliament, expanding the content of questioning at regular meetings; improving the activities of supervision, survey, explanation, and contact with voters; Strengthening information and propaganda work on the activities of People's Councils at all levels, etc. Up to now, the Party's determination has brought about concrete results, creating changes in many aspects, contributing very positively and importantly to the development achievements of the province in recent times.
