At the 21st session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, a total of 67 voters reflected 63 issues via the online telephone line.

4. Ms. Tran Thi Chau, Block 7, Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City, requested to issue a land use right certificate for the land plot reclaimed by her parents before 1980 in Hamlet 4, Da Son Commune, Do Luong.

12. Mr. Nguyen Van Tuyet and Mr. Nguyen Tat Tuyet, Lang Gian hamlet, Nghia Mai commune, Nghia Dan district, proposed to handle the situation of Tam Viet Company's pig farm causing environmental pollution, water sources, affecting people's lives.

13. Mr. Tran Xuan Dung, Quynh Thuan commune, Quynh Luu district, reported that the North Central Fishmeal Company Limited located at Lach Quen Fishing Port and the Quynh Luu Fish Sauce Seafood Company Limited discharged waste causing environmental pollution, affecting people's lives.
