Along with that, the province has promoted the implementation of support for small and medium enterprises in digital transformation. Specifically: providing VNPT SmartCA service with a fee of 0 VND; providing essential services for enterprises and cooperatives with a fee of 0 VND; providing comprehensive services for individual business households with a fee of 0 VND...

Dak Nong enterprises' products will reach a better number of customers when participating strongly in digital commerce.

Dak Nong has supported the introduction of 1,161 products to the e-commerce platform, with a total of 27,528 transactions. The total number of agricultural production households that have had their information digitized is 111,390, reaching 65.8%. The number of production and business households that have been trained in digital skills is 135,711, reaching 80.2%.

Recently, the Dak Nong Industry and Trade Department organized a seminar on digital transformation in trade promotion for businesses. In particular, it emphasized the following contents: application of AI technology in business; tax policy in e-commerce; livestream sales skills on the Tiktok shop platform...

Mr. Vo Van Khanh, Representative of Vietnam E-commerce Association, said that in the near future, the Association will have a display space and a team to select and evaluate products, helping Dak Nong businesses to do business smoothly in the digital environment. The products will go through 3 stages: display, demonstration; cooperation on e-commerce solutions for livestream sales; negotiation.

Recently, the Association has brought 6 typical product groups of Vietnam to this market; including macadamia. Therefore, the unit would like to propose specific support for this activity for Dak Nong in 2025 on commercial platforms.
