In the working program and meeting with voters before the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly, on the afternoon of May 9, the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang province led by Comrade Dang Quoc Khanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE), Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang province, and the working delegation of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment came to offer incense and flowers to the Heroic Martyrs (AHLS) at the Vi Xuyen National Martyrs Cemetery and the Temple of the Heroic Martyrs on High Point 468 in Nam Ngặt village, Thanh Thủy commune, Vi Xuyen district.

Also attending the funeral were comrades in the National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang province: Ly Thi Lan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the XVth tenure of Ha Giang province; Pham Thuy Chinh, Deputy Head of the Finance and Budget Committee of the National Assembly; Trang A Duong, full-time member of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council; Colonel Hoang Ngoc Dinh, Commander of the Border Guard Command of Ha Giang province; Vuong Thi Huong, member of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council of the XVth tenure.

Minister Dang Quoc Khanh and the delegation offered incense to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives to protect the nation's independence and freedom, for the happiness of the people and the integrity of the nation's territory.

Here, Minister Dang Quoc Khanh and the delegation rang the bell at the Martyrs' Temple in the Vi Xuyen National Martyrs' Cemetery and the Martyrs' Temple at the 468 high point; burned incense at the martyrs' graves at the Vi Xuyen National Martyrs' Cemetery with respect and gratitude. The delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate and pay tribute to the martyrs who heroically sacrificed to protect the independence and freedom of the nation, for the happiness of the people and the integrity of the nation's territory.
