Appointing Mr. Pham Tan Tuyen to hold the position of Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment

On the afternoon of November 12, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa presented the Decision of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Pham Tan Tuyen, Chief of Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

At the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel Chu Ngoc Kien announced Decision No. 3456/QD-BTNMT dated October 29, 2024 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on the transfer and appointment of civil servants in charge of management and leadership for Mr. Pham Tan Tuyen, Chief of Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The decision takes effect from November 1, 2024.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa said that the work of organizing cadres for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is very important in the coming time, especially following the recent direction of General Secretary To Lam on cadre work, streamlining the apparatus, improving the quality of cadres... Therefore, the Deputy Minister requested comrade Pham Tan Tuyen to always maintain his political qualities, steadfastness, continue to strive to practice and solve tasks according to the set plan.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa also set the task for all officers and civil servants of the Department of Personnel Organization in the coming time to continue to unite and coordinate with comrade Pham Tan Tuyen to successfully complete the assigned tasks. At the same time, she requested that the subordinate units strengthen coordination with the Department of Personnel Organization in performing the tasks to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
